  Nagoya, a city of 2.15 million people, is located in the central part of Japan, covering 328 square kilometers. It is the capital of Aichi Province and the third economically developed city in Japan, developed in automobile, electronic, ceramic, chemical and machinery industry. It is also one of ten biggest sea harbors in the world.

  Florence is the capital city of Toscana Region, with an area of 1402 square kilometers and a population of 500,000. From the middle ages, it has been the origin of cultural development in Italy. It is the birthplace of Dante, Boccaccio, Da Vinci, Rafeale Michelongelo and Galileo. It is leading in manufacturing and tourism.

  Eindhoven, the Netherlands

  Eindhoven is the capital of Brabant with an area of 64 square kilometers and a population of 380,000. It is the fifth largest city as well as an important industrial center in the Netherlands. With the headquarters of the Philips Co., it is the electronic industry center in Europe. It is also leading in automobile, optical and lighting equipment manufacturing.

  Leipzig,  Germany

  Leipzig is located in the central part of Germany. With an area of 153 square kilometers and population of 500,000, it is the largest city in Saxony and the center in the central economic region of Germany, leading in information industry. The Leipzig International Fair is referred to as the mother of international fairs by Union of International Fairs (UFI).

  Mexicali,  Mexico

  Mexicali lies on the US-Mexican border. With a population of 700,000, it is the capital of Baja California. Manufacturing and garment industry are flourishing in Mexicali. The city has over 4000 overseas Chinese population.

  St. Louis,  USA

  St. Louis is located in the central part of the United States and on the Mississippi River. It covers an area of 158 square kilometers and has a population of 620,000. It is the largest city in the state of Missouri and the center for manufacturing, education and scientific research. It is flourishing in aircraft and automobile manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical and electrical appliance industry. In the period of America’s expansion to the west, it was the only way leading to the west and therefore was referred to as the gateway to the West.

  London is located in the Great Lakes area in the southeast of Canada near the Canadian-US border. With an area of 166 square kilometers and a population of 340,000, it is an important high tech and heavy industry base as well as one of the educational centers of the country. It is advanced in engine, automobile, telecommunication, electronics industry and financial service.

  Taejon,  Korea

  Taejon Metropolitan City is located in the central part of South Korea. With an area of 540 square kilometers and a population of 1.28 million, it is the state scientific research base and referred to as the Silicon Valley of South Korea. With the settlement of some of the central economic departments, Taejon will become the second administrative center of South Korea.

  Limassol,  Cyprus

  Limassol is located in the south of Cyprus. It has a population of 110,000 and it is the second largest city, main port and economic and tourist center of the country, famous in producing wine.

  Perth is located at the mouth of the Swan River to the sea in the southwest of Australia. With an area of 5400 square kilometers and a population of 1.2 million, it is the fifth largest city and the capital of West Australia. It is advanced in oil processing, telecommunication, electronic equipment, automobile and ship manufacturing. It is also highly developed in agriculture, with a rich production in wheat, quality wool, wine and lobsters.

  Bloemfontein is located in the middle of the Republic of South Africa with an area of 446 square kilometers and a population of 460,000. It is the judiciary capital of the state as well as the capital or Orange Free State. It is an important transportation hub in the country, leading in agriculture, animal husbandry and mining. Bloemfontein is referred as “City of Roses.”
